Therapeutic Services

One of my most favorite ways to find a local family therapist is to use the search engine on psychologytoday.com.

Step 1: Go to psychologytoday.com. Click on "Find a Therapist" and put in your City or Zip

Step 2: Narrow your search by selecting Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) under "Types of Therapy" on the left hand side once you scroll down.

Step 3: You can narrow your search further by selecting Christian or any specifics that would be important to you such as: issues, insurance, gender, etc.

Step 4: Filter out any therapists that may not fit your value or belief system (e.i. hypnotherapy or EMDR) in order to find the best fit for you and your family.
